98:03 ERROR CODE - Nozzels out in order Strange!

see attached photo. I canceled a print job and after that I am getting 98:03 error code. I checked the web server to see what printheads could be bad and I see all the nozzeles are out in order on all the print heads. Print quality is still good.

normally if error 98:03 show, if while print out the nozzle test and all nozzle is good. than that will be the drop detector problem, this can be solve clean or replace the DD.
