Black Ink bleeding HP Latex 310

Black ink bleeds on reds and yellow. Ok against all other colors. I have replaced optimizer print head. Didn't Help. Printing on Ij35c. Thank you. Pic uploaded.

Check optimizer printhed condition with Printhead status plot - may be there is another problem if you cleaned contacts in carriage and printhead and the optimizer PH isn't working. Try shaking ink cartridge, make OP PH cleaning only and PH alignment. Again print PH status plot. May be you can access printer information by Embedded Web Server in web explorer to see printer's information by clicking on Support - Service support - Display printer information...
