Changing Ink Density option into Profile leads to reddish colors

HP Latex 335 Printer

If we select ready substrate profile or use cloned one then everything if fine - grey is grey and colors are good. But if we change Ink Density option then colors became reddish (especially grey). Even if we return value of ink desity back then the reddish color still persists. When creating a new profile from substrate category then color is more reddish than when we change ink density in cloned profile. Color calibration doesnt solve the problem. As a result we can only use ready profiles from library in order to print normal colors without reddish hue. Could you explain why is this happening?
