Color Calibration - phototex

Hello, I have a new HP Latex 115. I did a color calibration with phototex opaque and the colors are muted/faded looking on my prints, I'm using the ICC profile for phototex from the hp media site. When I use a similar media, with the same icc profile, that I did not calibrate, the colors come out vibrant. Everything seems to be working fine according to print tests. Can anyone help with this issue? Thank you!

My recommendation, in this case, is to clone a generic ICC and make the color calibration and see the results. If the results are wrong please contact HP support.
