Cutter has become detached from the carriage on our 800W

Not sure how it happened, we were just cutting some adhesive vinyl after printing and the cutter detached. It doesn't look like there is anything broken. Tried to take it out and put in back in the printer but when the carriage moves to the right the cutter doesn't move with it. Has anybody had this issue before?

Make sure that the brackets that hold the cutter in place are not broken. Also, when installing it, make sure both wheels are in the track. See the attached image.

Thanks! not sure what went wrong but I reinstalled it this morning and it's working fine.
