double sided banner

Trying to print a small double sided banner. Piece is about 36" w x 32" L. Printer (Latex 365) keeps cancelling the load. Guessing not enough material on the back end.

Any recommendations?

it seems that you are experiencing this because your job is too short. The User Guides says the following.

"Before cutting, ensure that the total length of the cut substrate is more than 2 m (6 ft 7 in), otherwise you may be unable to load it successfully."

I'll recommend you to print several copies of the job until you can cover 2m of media or simply advance white (not printed media) media in order to sum a total of 2m length with the job and then load it to print the B side.
