Eroded Text, HP Latex 570 Printer

Hello, Sign shop having problem with printing my files, eroded text. When file in HP software, the problems resolves once text ungrouped. Any solutions? See attached image. Thanks. HP Latex 570 Printer

What file format are you sending? If Illustrator file then outline the text and send it.

For facts, our files were built in AI, and fonts were outlined, then we converted to PDF. However, I don’t know which HP software they are using.

Another option would be to rasterize the file save as jpg at 300 resolution.

I understand, but then our colours have a considerable fade, plus the colour profiles have a very low resolution. Thanks for your replies!
