failed to read media table form the printer

Ive upgraded the firmware on our Latex 315 and now i can't get the thing to print with Flexi, been through a load of diagnostics with Flexi support and they have said it has to be a machine problem.

I'm figuring that if i reset it to factory settings the firmware upgrade with being lost and I can check to see if it prints again.

Does anyone know how to get into service mode and is there a factory reset option.

Hi @OldCanonTechy,

You can try to reset all the Flexi drivers. This might fix the issue. Otherwise, I suggest contacting your support representative.

They have already been reset and the program re-installed flexi.

Would you know if I can do a factory re-est on the machine, Im an ex techy and quite happy working on my own kit.
