Firmware for 3x0 series

HP Latex 360 Printer

#1 DuermeyerPrint 4 years ago

Hi, can someone from HP confirm if we ever get a new firmware for the 3x0 series? The last one is NEXUS_01_14_00.5 - will we be stuck with it until the printer series runs into EOL/EOS? There are some issues, I would like to have fixed (see my previous posts). Regards, Christian

Hello @ DuermeyerPrint!

I am afraid I can not help from this side of the net. Please contact your reseller for a proper troubleshoot in the form of the printer. Please keep us informed.

Hi Sonja, I asked about a new firmware, not a troubleshooting - this somewhat confirms my doubts. Regards, Christian

Anyone know the link for firmware NEXUS_01_16_00.7 or has it been pulled for some reason?

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-latex-360-printers/6838371 only shows NEXUS_01_14_00.5.

Hello dypinc

Latest firmware for Latex 3x0 primer series is NEXUS_01_14_00.5. Although NEXUS_01_16_00.7 was uploaded/downloaded, will be in short officially published (during September), in case you have this version in the printer it has the right functionality to operate your printer.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
