frustrated

I am using flexiprint premium edition production manager. Used my latex 360 yesterday morning, worked fine except needed a little color adjustment which I still haven't figured out. In the afternoon I did a firmware update and now when I send file to print the production manager says the media default I have selected does not exist!!!! The list of media is there to choose from on the printer screen and in flexiprint. Why is it saying does not exist?????????

I would suggest deleting all profiles in the printer (you need to perform a backup before from the Embed Web Server) and install them again. After that, uninstall your printer in the RIP and install it again, this procedure would make it work.
