HP 310 LATEX CYAN SENSOR ISSUE

Hello, I am having problems with my HP 310 LATEX PRINTER, I am getting this error on my screen regarding the Cyan Ink level sensornot working. The error number is 25.4:10. Pls if anybody knows what this is about or the part number for the sensor if it needs to be replaced or if it can be fixed i would really appreciate a reply!! Thank YOU. Rene
