HP 360 Error Code 14.73:01

Between printing runs we received this error message. We've followed the directions for resetting with no luck. Does anyone have experience troubleshooting this code?

Hello JeffParsons Check that both Residual Circuit Breakers (RCCBs) are Powered and ON. Check/Reseat both Power Cords. Check that the AC Voltage installation is within specs (an electrician is required) I hope this information helps to make the issue disappears. If not, you should contact your support source.
