HP 700/ 800 cleaning cartridge no good

Hello all, Has anyone else had a problem with the "new and improved" Cleaning cartridge? Mine stopped rolling and wadded up and ruined my print heads. This design is bad and wish HP (hear me?) would fix it. The old ones worked great.

This design is bad and wish HP (hear me?) would fix it. The old ones worked great. Yeah, that’s been happening with the newer cleaning cartridges from HP Inc. Stop using it right away so it doesn’t cause more damage, clean out any leftover material, and contact HP support, especially if it ruined your printheads. If you can, switch back to the older version for now.
