HP 700W APS 01 relief valve check failure

#1 john.harrah51429 a week ago

I have a 700W with which I tried to send a white job for the first time in awhile. The white ink started leaking and now I am given the error 0022-0004-0102 APS 01 relief-valve presence-check failure. I assume one of the lines has come loose, but I cannot figure out how to get the back panel open to actually see inside. I have called tech support, but wanted to see if anyone knew how to get inside and see if it'ts just a loose connection that I could fix myself. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Update: It is now booting up past the initial relief valve check but it is then saying ink 01 supply stationg PCA pressure too high. Running the diagnostic says that the pressure is 3507 mpsi which is only 7 above the acceptable value of 3500. I have a technician coming on Monday but still just trying to see if I can get running and print a couple jobs before then.
