HP Latex 315 - Unexpected cancelling of current job

I have been printing a file which was printing fine. I'm back in the office after the weekend and trying to print the same file now but it keeps cancelling the job and only printing a portion of the file. I have restarted the printer and Flexi manager. The file has been ripped etc. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Hi @1 administration10112, Try to rip another file. Is the printer able to print it? If so, the problem is in the old file. Clean the carriage encoder. Reflash the FW. Install the Flexi again. If the error persists, please contact your support representative.
