I have seen much literature on HP Latex Printers used for Traffic Signs. I am in Pennsylvania and recently learned that printing traffic signs in Pennsylvania is not acceptable. Silk screen and vinyl overlay are the only acceptable means. Is this the same in other states in the USA?
