Error message 63:20 "A potential problem has been detected. You can continue to use the printer, but with limited performance in some features." After pressing OK: the initializing process stucks/freezes at 1% or 18% not further. Switching power on/off rear button, unplug power cords is not solving the problem. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
