FYI, don't lose the instructions that you get from HP, because we had a power outage and when we started our HP365 we had to "put" the patch back on the printer, because our Take-up Reel was disabled/not installed...AGAIN.

#21 Does this affect the 360 as well? Having the same issue, it works fine manually but the display shows as uninstalled.

Restarting the Latex 365 solved the issue. After restart I was able to enable again the take up reel!

However I need to install the latest firmware update of Oct 16, 2019 - NEXUS_06_01_00.12

#23 Hi, the latest version of the firmware have fix the issue.
