@ssetterlind8372 Regarding your inquiry: I am running HP Prime Gloss 13 oz and the cutter won't read the barcode. The error at the cutter is "yellow is too light" during media calibration. All other media seems to be working correctly. Any suggestions?
Here is my recommendation: The issue seems to be related to the printer and not the media HP Prime Gloss 13. I recommend checking the PrintHead and performing an Image-quality maintenance > Clean printheads
