HP Latex 800 W - Printing problem on PP Film

We have a PP Film, with a mat surface that are a little textured, and with grey background.

We can not find any print profile adjustment, it is making a double print. The first 10cm is alright, but not perfect, and then it starts to print double, please see images. I Have tried the colour calibration.

Anyone have any idea of what I can do?

Hi @post13267,

The issue seems to be related to Media Advance. Due to a bad advance, OMAS is disconnected. Follow the below steps to fix it. If the problem persists, contact your support representative.

1. Download the latest available FW PLS_40_22_52_52_52.1 by AFU

2. Check if you are using a Media Locator certified OMS for these media. If not, use the generic OMS clone.

3. If the problem persists, try reducing the Input Tension in steps of 5.
