HP Latex 850 Print with 200% ink lightbox

I'm having some trouble while printing with 200% ink to lightbox materials like backlight film (or other vinyl like materials). Our printer HP Latex 850 is running the OS 5.8.0. We have asked help from our retailer who should give us support with the machine, hasn't been able to help us with the problem.

My colligue was show how it is done most likely with the newer version of the OS.

Can somebody please give us some help with the exisiting problem and maybe give a link to some .pdf etc.
I have tryed searching the user manual but with no success.

I'm hoping someone could help us with our problem

I would need more details because there is no such document that focuses on how to print with 250 ink density in backlit substrates.

If you haven’t already found a work around I would recommend you to contact your support services.
