Ink does not remain on the substrate, HP latex 360 printer

#1 Lune 10 months ago

Hello to you

I have a problem, I'm desperate, the ink won't hold on the different pvc-based substrates I've tried. I'm using the right profile from Printos, I've tried 10 different brand substrates and the problem is always the same, when I wipe the substrate the ink comes off, even when I wait several days, do you have a solution please?

The ink fades when wiped off with a damp cloth on a PVC wallpaper substrate. Ink does not adhere properly to substrate

Hi @Lune,

The issue seems to point to a lack of curing due to a possible HW problem. It could be a malfunction in the Curing module. This causes the latex of the ink not to cure properly and therefore the ink does not stay fixed.

Using OMS and HP-certified media should fix the issue. For advanced troubleshooting I recommend contacting your support representative.
