Hey all, Working with a 60" L25500 and ErgoSoft PosterPrint 14. Firmware and software all up-to-date. I cannot for the life of me get the Everyday Adhesive Matte Polypropylene to run on my printer. The issue I'm having is that the edges are curling in the printer and causing head crashes. This happens as the printer is warming up nd not even printing. I'm running the HP Media Solutions suggested settings and have spent a few hours tweeking the dry, cure, airflow, passes, vacumn, settings to try to get this all to work. Here are the basic settings I started with. I'm also a little worried that at temps this low my ink is not going to be durable on the media. Load: HP Photorealistic Print Mode: 10Pass Bidi Ink Limit: 185% (I generally start here and build up) Dry: 40C Cure: 60C Airflow: 30% OMAS: Enabled Tension: 15 N/m Vaccum: 20 nnH20 WUDTO: 0C WUCTO: -25C CDDTO: 0C CDCT0: 0C Pmin: 0.0kW Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have a ton or rolls of this media and would really love to be able to use it.
