Issues with Running Magnet Media on a HP Latex 700W

I'm having issues with magnet media on my 700W. I have the correct profile downloaded to the printer, but it won't advance the media properly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Could the shelf life of the magnet media be a factor?

Hi @lewisj13659,

First of all, it is very important to download the correct media Brand from the Media locator, as the media tension could be different.

On the other hand, please keep in mind the attached note regarding the Magnetics media.

download the proper Magnetic media from the media locator
clone from SAV and print

If after these recommendations the issue is not fixed, I suggest contacting your support representative.
