Hello, today I updated my Latex 1500 with the new firmware and IPS and since the update, I can’t rip files from caldera to the machine anymore. Everytime I try, caldera says that it can’t reach the folder on the machine. Everything else is working, messages from the machine are displayed in the rip, syncing is working, Ping to the IPS is also working fine. Is there somebody facing similar problems and can give advice to fix them? Thanks!

Make sure that the hot folder option is configured correctly:

IPS tools - Preferences - General - Submission method - Hot folder (and specify the folder where you want to store the jobs)

Take a look to windows permissions in that folder.

Additionally make sure that the folder where the jobs are searched is the correct one and has the add subfolders option selected.
