Hi all, My client had some banding at the beginning of prints and also had some banding from Light Cyan as could be seen in test prints. I thought he had already replaced the PH so I performed the following: Force Drop Detect - Reset flag and Drop Detector Calibration - calibrate Primer, run PH cleaning 3 times. I replaced the LC-LM printhead, ran the PH calibration and all appeared to be OK on the test prints. Less than one week and he says the issue has returned. attache dimage shows the banding. the client prints with a gutter and on the gutter you can see the Light Cyan banding. What else can we do?
