Very satisfied
We have had our Latex 315 for almost 4 years. Starting a couple of weeks ago the machine would stop printing and state that the scan-axis strip needed to be cleaned. Since then I have cleaned it multiple times. It would also stop printing and give the error code 42:03 which also involves the scan-axis strip and an obstacle. There is usually no obstacle. Is there a part that is failing and will need to be replaced? I would like to be ahead of the problem before being completely down. Any information would be helpful.
