After replacing the printhead and attempting to do a printhead alignment we get a message, not an error, that says "Calibration cancelled due to substrate type/LED problem." On the top of the screen it then says "Printhead alignment has not been done" We have done this many times with success, we generaly use a 54" roll of Oracal vinyl for our alignments, not sure what the problem could be... Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
