Latex 365 Optimizer printhead ERROR 0X000008

on our Latex 365 Optimizer printheads seem to go out very quickly. print run will cancel with printer screen saying to replace optimizer printhead ERROR 0x000008 also it will say something like problem fixed.

please advise

Call hp support - ink delivery isn't working well..tubes, pumps etc..

Hello @Richinar

If the printheads level are low and SE 0X000008 occurred so, change printhead involved. If the level is high and SE 0X000008 is displayed on the front panel we could suspect hardware or firmware problems, in this case, we suggest calling HP Support.
