Media hits curing board

#1 Gographics12061 a year ago

I’m trying to print on Sihl 3699 TriSolv Photo paper. I have downloaded the recommended HP profile to the HP Latex 360. I’m currently at 12p at 181 degrees with 100 density. I am continuously having headstrikes in the center of the 54” material. I have the take-up reel connected, but the media is still getting sucked into the curing board. Any suggestions?

Try reducing the heat by 5 degree increments. I had the same problem today on a paper I was profiling - had to drop from 190F to 170F - maddening.

Dropped drown to 165 earlier and printed them. Still a little bow under the hood, but never hit. Thank god, I needed that shit to work YESTERDAY. Funny thing is, I used it for the first time last week at the stock settings at 194 or something, and printed two of them just fine. Weird shit
