Replacing a bad printhead?

It looks like I may have a bad printhead. How many times should I clean the printhead to try to resolve this issue before replacing the printhead altogether? The printhead is out of warranty. This is from a HP Latex 310 printer.

I'm afraid that if yo already cleaned several times (3-5 times) there is no way to recover the pritnhead. as you indicate, the prithead is out of warranty so it already has reached its minimum expected life so I will recommend you to change it.
