Unable to Sync HP Latex 310

Hi everyone im having issues with Syncing my Hp Latex 310 with my Printer Package , I run Signlab 10 VPM manager 10 , its basically saying "UNABLE TO SYNC" , when i go into manage print modes and click on the Sync button it does nothing. When I originally set the printer up 3 months ago it did work with the print modes and synced to my signlab 10 package but for some reason it wont do any syncing now

Hi @brookfieldsigns11098, My suggestion is to install the last FW for HP Latex 310 and update the SingLab drivers, however, we don't have any kind of experience with 3rd party software like SignLab. The best option is to contact the SignLab support team.
