These are not 21V10A They are call outs in the User Manual for kits such as PMK15-UMK PMK18-UMK

Reply They’re HP service-only kits, you’ll need to order PMK15-UMK and PMK18-UMK through HP or an authorized service provider. Contents lists aren’t publicly posted.

Those maintenance kits (PMK18-UMK abd PMK15-UNK) are not usually listed publically with detailed contents. HP tends to provide that infor only to authorized service partners or resellers.
