Terrible service

I bought printer from HP latex 330 i have problem with this printer in heating section not heated properly.this problem take 1 year i cant use this printer for all year. Servise support was there aprox, 30 times without solving problem. I required change printer for another one and HP said " we never change printer" that our politics. Hp sent me specialist from HP holand she specified the problem is not possible to repair and hp again said no. So in some case good printer but just to be happy will not have prblem with the printers otherwise no support for hp central. I was working as OCE specialist in service department we never do that to our customers. So now i have to go legal avenue.
