404 Error when saving settings

Hi, Whenever I try to save settings at https://www.hpwallart.com/settings the page results in a 404 and the settings are not saved. This is stopping me from configuring my application connection correctly. Thanks, Reuben

If you can also give details about SO, web browser version, would be helpfull as well.
