700W Sandwich printing issue

Hello, i am tying to print in sandwich mode and I'm having issues with the base color being correct but by the time the top color goes on its a completely different color. for example I'm trying to print a tan which i have printed before, but when the top layer is printed its printing a darker gray color rather than the tan. This has opened up some other issues for me as well. I'm trying to make a custom ICC profile for 78pass with spot colors and every time i try to print the ICC swatch it gives me "printing error". i am using onyx go 22.5 latest version (updated incase it was the issue)
