Everything is printing red

searching for help on this... I have taken a stab at all that I know... pretty much every setting except regardless of what I do I continue getting a scratching from print head while running banner paper and Neenah paper. I have attempted various printers , I have 4 generally a similar model. it does it in each of the 4 , I have changed the pass to higher pass 10-20 and changed the vacuum to medium and to extremely high I can run this equivalent cry on 100lb and have no issue by any means

#1 Yeah, that usually happens when the head height’s too low. Try raising the platen gap or head height setting a notch, that fixed it for me when running thicker or textured papers like Neenah. Also make sure the paper isn’t curling up at the edges.
