firmware error

currently have hp 115 latex print and cut. i have updated the firmware but accidentally rebooted the cutter too soon, is there a way to recover the cutter?

I'm based in Trinidad my local tech doesnt know how to officially fix the issue besides replacing the main board, I have found some information online on how to disassemble the cutter to gain assess to the main board but I just need to know what can I do to recover the cutter without having to replace the entire board.
