I am struggling a bit with the Dreamstime integration. I am having difficulty getting an image to purchase properly.
Once I was able to approve and received the message to confirm the cost and the download, I am just getting a spinning wheel. Once I cancel or exit this screen, the job completely disappears off of the hpwallart platform. Then after about 30 minutes, it reappeared with an error message. I reprocessed it again and it is stuck right now at “processing”. When I go into the job, it shows up as “errored”
So I am kind of stuck here an unable to generate a file. Patterns seems to be working fine.
I have credit purchased in my dreamtime account and also have a monthly subscription active. I created another account and purchased credits for this one as well but seem to be having the same trouble.
Any help would be appreciated!
