HP Printer Showing Error 0x6100004a

Hi everyone, my HP printer suddenly started showing error code 0x6100004a, and now it won’t print anything. I tried restarting the printer and checking for paper jams, but the error still appears on the screen. Has anyone dealt with this issue before or knows what might be causing it? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

#1 Hi Mary The 0x6100004a error on an HP printer usually means there’s a paper feed or cartridge carriage jam inside the printer. Something inside isn’t moving properly. Even if you don’t see a full paper jam, there could be small paper scraps or the cartridge holder stuck. Restarting the printer and checking inside for debris often fixes it.
