Issues with the HP WallArt Wordpress plugin

I have installed and configure the HP Wallart plugin on the website. Everything is configured correctly. But the design page is not working. It's continuously loading. After reviewing the error log it showing the following error. Error PHP Notice: id was called incorrectly. Product properties should not be accessed directly. Hi Benn - Are you using the latest WooCommerce and HPWallArt plugin versions on Wordpress ?

I checked your site and not sure what Theme you're using - note that WooCommerce has recommended themes, and we list some of them that we have tested in the Plugin documentation within your HP Application Center account.

Also ensure your Wordpress is not currently running in Debug mode.
