Print and Cut 115 Firmware md9985_035 - wont run

I am having issues with contour cut alignment and most threads say to check your firmware. I am currently running with 034 and see there is a newer version md9985_035. When I try to download this from the HP website (from multiple computers) https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-latex-115-print-and-cut-solution/17296640/model/17296641 - instead of running I get the following details: (No issues with flash BTW...)
