Printer shifting print

On my HP Latex 115 printer, once it gets about 4.5 feet into the print it shifts over about a half inch. I have already checked to make sure it has the latest firmware.

The shift could be the result of a substrate advance issue. Here are some potential solutions:

1. Run a substrate-advance check plot 'User guide Page 92' :

• Use the same substrate type that you were using when you detected a problem.

• Check that the selected substrate type is the same as the substrate type that is loaded into the printer.

• Go to the front panel and press Settings, then Image-quality maintenance > Substrate advance calib > Print adjustment plot.

2. If the problem persists check that you have the correct settings in your printing software.
