PrintOS issue

#1 Calvin a year ago

Hi Does anyone has a solution for this?

My 560 is registered to Print OS on the website but the actual printer keeps saying device is not registered - I have tried to remove it and re-register but the screen on the printer still says its not registered - see image attached

Hi @Calvin,

Can you please advise the serial number of the printer and provide a screenshot of the error? Alternatively, you can drop us an email with this information at lkc@hp.com.

Hello, I saw your predicament and offer a suggestion for you. The printer's connection to the Print OS server or the registration procedure could be at fault. You can try the following solutions to see if they help:

See if you can get online: Check for and fix any connectivity difficulties with your printer's internet connection.

To restart the printer, first unhook it from its power supply, then wait a few seconds, and finally reconnect it and turn it back on. The printer's system will be reset, which could fix the problem .
