Please, remember that if you want to use HP content in your website, although HP videos, images and other assets are HP corporate owned and supposed to be used by HP only, we are happy to let you use them on your website so you can advertise products and services that are fulfilled using HP solutions.

However, it needs to be clear to your customers that the content is owned by HP and that your site is not affiliated with HP or sponsored by it in any way.

When i purchase the order in wallart ,it takes long time to comfirm the order,

sometimes we should waiting for 2~3 hours to get the file.

Is it any possbile to shorten the time?

Hi JinYun_Roger,

As long as I know, the processing time may vary depending on the project complexity (wall size, number and size of images, transparencies…) and the current server load. It’s difficult to provide exact numbers, but as an average, projects may take between 10 and 20 minutes to process, under normal circumstances.

Also, if a project requires the purchase approval of a Fotolia or Pattern Designs element, the project will not start being processed until these elements are purchased.

I've checked your account with one of the HP WallArt engineers, and we haven't seen any pending job/PDF. Are you still having the problem? If you do, can you send us a picture of your screen.

Guten Tag, wir nutzen 1x LX 850 und 2x L360

Wir haben uns mit dem LX 850 angemeldet, können wir die LX360 zu der LX850 mit dazu installieren.

Fallen irgendwelche Kosten durch HP an? Ist das System Wallart völlig kostenfrei?

Hi Daniel_H,

I'm sorry but I don't understand German. Anyway, I've passed your message thru Google Translator and I’ve think I figured out what you were asking for. I will write the answer in English since is the language of this forum.

First, the HP WallArt is completely free. You will only have to pay in case you want to use content from Fotolia database, but if you use your own content, you will not have to pay a cent. And referring to the multiple account, you can only create an HP WallArt account using an HP Printer’s serial number. One account per serial number! But the files generated by HP WallArt can be printed in any printer you could have.

Hi,

I represent an HP reseller company, we sell and service the 300 series printers

One of our clients is experiencing a scaling problem. When he is scaling the wallcovering project's background everything is okay but when he locks it about 5 cm of the edge with some important to him pattern stays out every time. Is there a way to fix that?

His printer is L360, RIP SAI Photoprint

Hi,

I've asked the legal team and this is their answer:

"HP only provides the software and environment for creating wall decoration applications, but the actual content must be provided by the Print Service Providers or the end-users.

By uploading content to HP WallArt you certify that you either own your content or have written permission from the copyright owner to make such content available to the WallArt Designer. As the account owner, you could contact other third parties (such as Marvel or Warner, as in your example) and acquire the licensing rights for their images to distribute their assets through your WallArt account."

I appreciate your reply. I think I might of not explained my question clearly. HP Wallart has many Videos they produced to promote "HP Wallart". I understand I can show these to my customer to promote "HP Wallart". My question is " Has HP produced any artwork that could be used in a printed form( High Resolution) to promote HP Wallart"? If they could provide a file then I could have a brochure Printed.

Hi, just getting into this site and we've registered our HP Latex 260 printer on our account on the HP WallArt site but our registered printer has a red dot next to it and it says "More than three months since the printer connected to the HP data reporting service".

Can you tell me what we need to do to make the printer appear here correctly - i.e. what do we need to do to get the printer to connect to the HP data reporting service?

Hi

Wanted to add some patterns created by our design studio into the content on our Wallart tool. Is there a way that we can add the patterns we have designed so that the customers can have the options of changing the colors (recolor option) just the same way as is possible with the Pattern Design Stock.
