Hello, I'm from Brazil and I am integrating the application wallart on my site, it's all going in the best way, but I'm with some doubts when inserting images and textures in the application.
I saw that by using the Pattern Collection, can change the color design, keeping only the drawing itself as apdrão.
Is there any way to insert a file so I can do this? exporting a file in PDF format, eps, or another format?

Hi Sander!

About the changing colours on the patterns. How do you name the layers on AI so WallArt can allow viewer to change color?

Is there a special setting when exporting the PDF?

Hi Kleber, for some reason by accident I deleted previous message. I am not sure about that, because I have not done this myself. I will ask our designer to see how this is done. Maybe someone in this forum may assist?

Right now you can only do that with Pattern Designs images, in the future we will do with other ones in a particular format.

Hi Walldesign56,

Seems that your tiles-length hits the ground generating a wave that could your media, not dry enough, hit the edge of your printer’s dryer. I'll strongly recommend you to use the Take-up-Reel (TUR) in order to avoid this kind of issues. If you want, you can also contact your support source in order to get a more personalized help.

It is possible to print just one of your job panel's. in order to do so, You should download the file that you’d errors with by accessing to your HP WallArt Dashboard download the file and print only the page that refers to your tileand print it again.

Hy,

The billing system is limited to m2 . Good.

But should allow a minimum charge : 1 m2 (minimum ) .

1m2 = EUR 10

0:50 x 0:50 cm x = 0:25 that is EUR 2.50 > WRONG .

Should at least charge EUR 10

Can we put that rule?

Hola buenas noches, tengo una latex 330 y estoy dando de alta a algunos clientes para que vendan mi producto con wall art, el tema esta en que les doy de alta y no se como hacer enlaces de acceso para que ellos pongan en su web y les dirijan a sus clientes a su seccion

Hi MarcM,

I'm currently getting the suite setup and running through the process so that I can understand the functionality first-hand. However, I'm hitting a brickwall with the actual print files downloaded from the "Orders" dashboard tab. They are password protected, and Caldera won't even open it without the password, let alone preview it.

Is this something I inadvertantly clicked as an option, or do I as a PSP have a set password for all orders?

Right now the fotolia pictures are more expensive in the new wallart than the old one, will the pictures be more expensive or will it be solve before the use of the new wallart is mandatory?

I unfortunately am not able to check on the old system as the HP admins had to delete the account due to a clerical error. I would assume the Fotolia pics cost "more", because you've got a field that includes a mark-up value on the new platform (mine is set to add $10 per pic, as an example). Fotolia itself is not changing the price based on the old vs. the new platform. I could be wrong, like I said, I can't compare the two versions of the WallArt platform, but this seems to be a reasonable explanation.

Ok, thanks Orange, thats was it, now its fixed and getting the exact same price on both wallart suites.

We are liking everyday more and more the new wallart, as soon as we return from drupa we will be upgrading our RIP to the newwer version of it so we can work with no problems with the new suite.

the only thing thats is kind of worrying us is the decimals on the pricing, will there be an option so the price can be shown without decimals? In our country (CHILE) decimals are not use in pricing and might be a problem for our clients.

It would be cool if you can put it as an option.

Hi visualcom,

For add a customer in your HP WallArt account you have to press Customers tab, Add customer, and complete the form with the customer information.

Once your customer account has been created they have to sign in through the URL you are redirected pressing Access customer account(1) and for log in use customer´s contact email(2) and password.

Hi StephenOrange,

Unfortunately, HP WallArt Suite only allows that HP WallArt Suite designs will be printed and manipulated with certified RIPs by HP. However you can always revert to our previous version HP WallArt Solution where PDT's are not protected if the option is displayed in your account. This option will be available until June 30th.

Hi There,

I have installed HP Wall Art Plugin my wordpress site and followed all the seteps, in plug in options of Stock imagery options and SKU Options, when i click them to set the Credentials. I'm having 404 error as soon as i click them. attached the screenshot, please help with this.

Seems that the problem described that affects your HP WallArt Plugin could be related where you installed the WP Plugin. Make sure that the path installation is on its root path instead of installing it on another path.

On the other hand if the problem persists our best recommendation would be to contact our Support Team, hpwallart.support@hp.com, that will be happy to help you to get through this error.

When will the use of the new wallart suite be mandatory? September?

I´ve been checking regularly for the changes I mentioned before, there have been changes for good, thats good, but theres still a couple of things that have not change at all.

For the pricing on fotolia, for example, you can choose to round up the price, it would very useful to have a roundup on the price for the media.

Other thing, on the computer the media price is correct, but in the tablet app I still have decimals o the price, even though the price is set without them.

We need to know because we are waiting for all the changes to start using it, and start promoting it on our social media but if theres no more changes we are going to have to start using it as it is and give the explanations to our costumers.

Any news?

Hello,

Why are my wall art downloads password protected pdf's? I did not see any check boxes or options to do apply this option? I cannot do anything with files, print, extract ,etc...Anybody know where to find this password information in the settings/dashboard????

I have done this in the past and did not have this issue...help.

Hello,

I Have installed HP Wall Art plugin on my wordpress site and works fine doing orders and payments perfectly. I just got and update from plugin and updated to the newer version. After that, my Hp Acoount not linking with plugin. Haven't changed anything. Wall Art Data links all displays red that means not synched with hp account. Doulbe checked the the path and account details all looks good. Any help would be appreciated, Attached the screenshot, thanks.

JUST TO BE CLEAR - I DON'T WORK FOR HP.

I had a similar issue and it was explained that the new Wall Art suite does this and you can't disable it. The new PDFs are locked, and will open only on their list of approved RIP. I have Caldera 9.2, but to correctly use the PDFs I require V10, which is a fairly exspensive upgrade, even considering their discount by partenring with HP.

Not really fair I reckon, as 9.2 is perfectly capable to handle the workflow request from HP.

If you really need to open the PDF for any pre-press editing, there ARE ways, but I will not be disclosing them here.

Hi Wallartuser,

PDFs generated by HP WallArt Suite requires a certified RIP in order to ensure our users that they will be able to print HP WallArt Suite PDFs without any problems. However this doesn’t mean that only these RIP solutions will allow you to print with HP WallArt’s Suite PDF.

On the other hand if you still don’t have a compatible RIP software to use with our HP WallArt Suite you still can use our old User Interface - HP WallArt Solution 3.0 to create PDF files that doesn’t require a certified RIP. This only apply to HP WallArt old accounts, those that have the option available in it. However the option to revert your HP WallArt release will remain active until the 30th September. To revert your user interface from HP WallArt Solution to HP WallArt Suite please check below the highlighted text in yellow.
