Re: HP WallArt

Are there other pricing options in development? Square foot pricing just isn't logical several of these applications. We'd love to implement some HP Wallart and Signage Suite soon. Thanks!

Hi, I installed the hpwallart plugin for wordpress. Installation and linking succeeded. In the list of pages, the new DESIGN website appeared. I opened the design page and saw 3 steps. Super. I opened this same page in the wordpress administration. I wanted to look at the html code or the data that this page contains. Nothing in it. It was empty. So I saved it. And that was probably the fault. Now, nothing shows me. Website www.domain.com/design is empty. Please, give me an advice. Regards

Hello, How can I put cut markers on some stickers with Signage Suite? I see only Fotoba markers. I can use Signage Suite with the account for WallArt? I can't use the same printer (nr series) for wallart site and signage suite site. Why? I need to add a printer like Latex 335 Print&Cut Solution just to appear the cut markers? Or the cut markers for stickers I need to put myseld manualy? Do you have some videos to teach me how to use Signage Suite to full capacity? Thank you!

I tried installing it in a staging environment on a WordPress Multisite Network, but it wouldn't sync to the dashboard (spent two days rechecking my settings and looking for more info). Then I tried installing it on its own WP build in a subdomain, same exact issue. Then I bought a domain name, installed a fresh copy of WP "again."Added the HP WallArt Plugin and set it up at https://wallart.press and low and behold it still gives me the same problem, it refuses to sync to the dashboard of my HP Wallart account on your servers. I've tried both Authorization Options, I have been reading your guides till my eyes bled, looked through your forum for similar issues, and even looked on the web for any assistance from third parties. I found no troubleshooting info that was even remotely helpful. How do I fix this issue with full web integration? B. Wolf https://altitudecolor.com

Your support contact form is freek'n useless. How am I supposed to ask for help on specific issues using a form that won't load in any browser? Also, where is the documentation on how to style/override the plugin output for wordpress? B. Wolf https://altitudecolor.com

I'm trying to get the HP Wallart editor to show directly through a Wordpress website and not an external link. I also want to use the WooCommerce product display page as the primary viewing page for the products which then links directly to the product editor (how do I do that?). Loading the editor only seems to work with external links, I don't want to use external links but turning that feature off disconnects the editor from the site altogether (see pic1.png). Another issue is that the WooCommerce product page keeps loading products my client doesn't want to offer. I've turned off everything but eight products, but the system continues reloading all the products back into the live page view (see pic2.png). Currently, I have to use the HP product list page which I cannot style or replace images on (see pic3.png). Don't you guys have guides/info on how to style and control the HP Wallart plugin in conjunction with Wordpress and WooCommerce? I tried bypassing your support form (which doesn't seem to work in any browser I load it in) by using the direct email hpservicesupport@hp.com (the last email address I had for a tech in Europe somewhere) and got this in return "This mailbox is not being monitored. Please contact HP through different means of support." If HP doesn't want to make a serious effort towards supporting this software with documentation and technical support in the US time zones, why are you even offering it? B. Hi HP-Sonia, Stefano Bertolini has reached out to me about some of the plugin issues. We are discussing details currently. As for current documentation issue, it would be really nice if someone on your end actually started compiling a troubleshooting guide for the WordPress stuff. At this point I would think you guys have had enough questions asked and answered to create some kind of guide, FAQ, something, anything. Even my previous conversations with Stefano yielded information not published here. Good information with pics no less. B. Wolf https://altitudecolor.com

Hi Marc, Dear HP Support Desk. We have been using your HP Wallart software since 2015 with great success and we love it. However we need to adress a serious problem which causes us to loose business. Since a few months we have noticed that the prints that we produce in Wallart mainly for Wallpaper visually show more pixels than before. We have had a significant ncrease of customer complaints for bad quality of the print in the last 3 months and we never had this problem before. We of course know the theory of pixels and the quality of input. However the surprising result of our study is that the input of the FOTO is EXACTLY the same, however the output from Wallart now is different. Please see attached two images which we are selling frequently. This is a screenshot of a corner of the picture of a forest. You can clearly see the difference. One is processed in Wallart more than 1 year ago. The other I processed today in Wallart. It is clear that something in the processing of the image has changed. The funny thing is that the pixelated image with low quality is bigger in size. I send you a link with a download to both files which I processed in Wallart. I need your advice on what you can do to help us to get back the old quality because right now we are Loosing business because of this. . I send you the download link with both files and also I attach 2 screenshots with a zoom of 100% where you can cliearly see what happens. Your soonest answer will be highly appreciated. Thank you, Sander BEFORE - GOODAFTER - BAD

Hi there! We select Fotoba lines however the print file also contains trimming lines. I can't see any setting to turn this off, and to me it seems trimming lines are contraindicated when Fotoba lines are selected. Please help! Thanks

We’ve built a Wordpress/Woocommerce website for our client that uses the HP WallArt plugin. After some while we have got this working. But now our client also wishes to sell other products on the website, things like application brushes and water baths etc… Unfortunately whilst we can create the products when they add to the cart the price changes to £0.00. When we disable the plugin the price carries through to the cart and checkout correctly. Is there something that needs to be done to allow the plugin to allow non wall art products?

#1 Can somebody please help? I have fully integrated HP wall art into my website. When a customer approaches to the wallart design tool, there are a few bugs. In the wall art tool if a customer picks a wallpaper, then on the final wallart page they decide to edit the wallpaper it doesn't change the wallpaper type. ( Where it states edit) for wallpaper type. On the checkout page if the back button is pressed it duplicates the order Sometimes it shows the designed image on the checkout page and sometimes the image doesn't work and comes up as a cross ? Can someone please advise Thank you
