2- I have tried to doo a print and cutt T-shirt design, but unfortunaly, all the files exit without the cutting line. Now, we would like to know if it's ok or i doing something wrong

I would also like to say that I am new with this subject and I have no prior knowledge.

I have some basic doubts about Print and Cut:

1- I want to make a T-shirt, I do everything through the HP application and send it to the printer. Once it is printed, I see that it comes out automatically with the "Black Points" of the cutting machine and with the barcode so that I can cut the machine.
I have seen a lot of videos and I see people talking in "contour line", so the cutting machine can identify the work and cut the outline.
Therefore, I would like to know, after printing, I must also make this cut line in the drawing so that I can cut ?

2- Will I be able to print the drawing directly, put it directly on the cutting machine ?

The T-Shirt app is still a functionality under development. In order to print & cut your HP Applications Center PDF with the HP Latex Print & Cut solutions the workflow should be the following:

• Download the corresponding job and open it through your HP Flexi PRINT and CUT solution, or open directly using the JDF method.
• Define the contour of the job and add the contour lines.
• Complete the job with your selected final settings and send it to print and cut.

When configuring settings in HP wallart suite I get the following message;"Failed to save your settings

* Roller width must be less than or equal to 100.0 centimeters"

I can't find the setting to change this and therefore can't save any of my selections. Can you let me know what it is referring to?

It seems that you might have an issue with your APP configuration either with your min. and max. values for (height and width). However, to have a better understanding and provide you a more accurate answer to your inquiry could be possible to have an screenshot of your APP > Product configuration?

Please verify in your roller size settings that you don´t have set a preset size greater than 100 cm width. If you have set 100 cm as max width for custom size you won´t be able to set a preset size greater than this measure.

Where do you set your "roller size"?

Please verify that custom and preset sizes are in agreement with the max/min measures configured in your Roller settings at Settings > HP Signage Suite > Rollup > Roller.

If max width for custom sizes is 200 cm it won´t be possible to set a preset width size greater than 200 cm.

Please, tell me, at the stage of ordering, you can add additional lines for specifying (phone, city, or other additional information).
Because, only the email is not enough.

Why are my order / quotes not processing?? Each one I try just sits there and says processing and never finishes. I haven't had this issue before.

Hi, thanks in advance for the help. I'm working on DPS Inc/Extreme Color website currently. We're wanting to use the external link with external content on the website so prospects can play around and submit (But not pay for) wall art only. I was testing it with the external link/external content (While logged out) and it worked like a charm until I was asked to submit it. For some reason the email field keeps coming back with 'Invalid email' and won't let me submit to DPS Inc. I tested it another way and it did work when I typed in Todd's email from DPS Inc. toniel@dpsinc.net. BUT no other emails would work. The issue is, DPS Inc doesn't know who is submitting the project without a contact email. Am I doing something wrong?

I am working with a developer to install the wall art suite on my website however I have a question. I have two different websites. One tailored exclusively towards wall murals where I would like to implement the wall coverings plugin and another site dedicated to signs, banners, wall decals, etc. that I would like to use the other plugins for.

My question is, can I implement different elements of this suite into two entirely different websites? If so, are there any special requirements or restrictions involved.

If it is not an option, is there a way to get authorization to allow for this?

I have downloaded a customer's wallpaper design as a tiled PDF but it is password protected so unable to be printed.

How do I change / remove this password?

I notice t-shirts and sweatshirts have appeared in the application but I don't see any information about this being released do you have any more information as I wasn't aware about t-shirt transfers through latex printers as we use Eco solvent or laser. Also noticed a little printer icon in top corner of these as well as stickers what does this mean?
