Receiving Error Code 79:04 during Initializing on the Latex 370

I have a Latex 370 machine. When I turn it on, it initialises, but when the Bar reaches 43%, a 79:04 error code appears. I even removed all the print heads and inks & restarted it, but it's useless. If anyone has faced the same scenario, pls guide us

#1 Hey, had the same issue with my Latex 370 before. That 79:04 error usually points to a firmware or formatter problem. Try doing a hard reset and updating the firmware via USB if you can. If that doesn’t help, the formatter board might need replacing. Hope this helps!
