Streak/band on the printed image

This just started happening today. One side of the printer is producing a streak of some sort on the print. See attached images. I cleaned the printheads, Ran the Ph alignments and everything looks fine on the Ph test. Can someone help?

#1 Resolved. It was a bad PH.
