hp latex 115 espacio en blanco

Tengo una Hp latex 115 y cada vez que envio algo a imprimir esta deja un espacio en blanco antes de la impresion, existe alguna manera de evitar esto?

The front panel offers additional settings for the top and bottom margins and you can manage the distance/margins as needed (see Table 11-4 Margins on page 150 of the HP Latex 115 Series user guide): https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-latex-115-printer/17284380/model/17284381/manuals.

The top margin leading edge it's, by default, defined in 5mm. See table attached.

To set margins Extra Top or Extra Bottom margins, see the attached picture.

These settings apply only to single prints when the automatic cutter is not in use.

Also, the side margins can be adjusted in the RIP supported by Latex 115.
